 This is one of my favorite mats for baking with. It's non-stick and so easy to use. Plus it's cute and makes baking macaroons that much easier. There are so many great things to say about it! When making macaroons, the egg whites no longer fall flat when I am baking so I am pleased that I have the most delicious non-stick macaroons!
