I love cooking. There is no doubt about that when you walk into our kitchen based on the number of appliances, pots, pans & utensils in every cabinet. The only thing I didn't get through my years of cooking was some sort of omelet maker. When you think of omelet you think round not square. At least I did. But when I purchased the pan and received it in the mail, I was pleasantly surprised and intrigued to say the least. I have tried using this pan (successfully might I add) and it was perfect for so many things. I used it to make a japenese style omelet (not only do they make tasty omelets but they also are educational learning how to use this pan and what to make it with). The eggs were fluffy and delicious. I also made grilled cheese with the pan as it is the perfect size for bread. Don't let this small square pan fool you. It really is a great addition to any kitchen.
