I spend a lot of time in the kitchen. ALOT of time. Most of that time is spent crushing, chopping, or sautéing garlic. The hardest part of that is getting it to the size that I want it. Using the chopper, it is small but not "fine". Using the knife, they are not always the same size and some of them don't cut all the way through. But I have found, using the Propressor for my garlic has decreased my cutting time and I can get straight to the stove to start cooking.
