This isn't my first pan from TeChef. I have a couple other pans that they have sent me for review and each time a new pan comes, I am more in love than the first one. There is something great about having a pan that you can rely on for cooking a variety of meals. This is a smaller pan that is great for a quick breakfast being made. I get these individual sausage patties for breakfast sandwiches and place one in the pan and then I place one egg on top of it and it cooks perfectly. Without the sausage, the egg cooks quickly and slides right out. It is one of my favorite non-stick pans because I can slide the egg directly from the pan onto the plate. And it's easy to clean because it's small and you can just wash one small pan instead of having to wash a big pan for one egg. Also, because of the size, the egg cooks thoroughly through and makes the perfect egg instead of having it slide all over the place in a larger sized pan. I cannot say enough great things about this company and their pans.
