My husband and I eat quite a bit of meat. Our freezer is typically full of wild game that our friends give us when we visit or when from when we go hunting. The more meat we have, the more knives we need. Many of our friends come over frequently for barbecues as well so having extra knives is a plus. These are durable and high quality knives. The blades are sharp and cut extremely well. It comes with 8 knives in this set that came in a hard case. I have washed them by hand as well as put them in the dishwasher and nothing is wrong with them after being washed. They are great knives!
