My husband and I are out riding our motorcycles fairly often. We did just trade in the FJR 1300 for a Yamaha Raider but we don't have the bags just yet. Because of that, we needed something to securely lock our helmets to the bike. This is a very tough and durable lock. It's easy to lock around the backpack while we are out riding that way we can just connect it to the helmet when done. The cable is very long so you can place it wherever it needs to be. I like that you can choose a combination of your choice. It makes it easier to not forget the code. I've had one prior where it came with one code that was not interchangeable and I didn't like how it wasn't sturdy. So far, this has been the top of the line helmet lock compared to others. I highly recommend this and plan on getting another one for when we take both bikes out. I can't say enough about how great this lock is for a good price!
