I have sleep issues. Scratch that. I have really major sleep issues. Ever since I was first diagnosed, my sleep doesn't come naturally. I used to rely on Ambien and Lunesta but than I started being more aware of what was going in my body. The prescription sleep medications made me hallucinate and made it hard to wake up the next morning. I than moved to Benadryl and melatonin to help put me to sleep. That was much better but depending on how active I was during the day, going to sleep with sore muscles and taking a benedryl still wouldn't help. I turned to more natural ingredients.
