This is a fantastic workout and exercise regiment for anyone who is just getting started or who wants to improve their flexibility and balance. It's really a great program that you don't feel overwhelmed with. There are 7 different 30 minute exercise routines and they are actually pretty fun. I think this is really great for the older generation but great for anyone who wants to "JUMP START" their fitness!
