As far as weight loss pills go, I don't have much weight to lose so I use them as an appetite suppressant and  for energy. So far, after 2 weeks of taking them I haven't seen much of a difference. Being very active myself in running, hiking, yoga, and my husband big into weight lifting and running with me, we have been looking for a decent scale that will help us monitor our progress. I am an avid outdoor enthusiast which means I need to be active at home as well. One of the ways I stay fit while at home is by doing yoga and stretches. When Siegfried suddenly falls seriously ill, putting an end to his academic ambitions, his life is set on a completely different course, taking him to Kentucky in the USA to learn about the tobacco trade and to a promising post in Shanghai, China. But it is there that tragedy strikes. Grethe, who has gone to Amsterdam to work, moves to France to be with her lover, first in Paris and then on the Riviera. Once again I am pleased with the authors writings and I fell in love with the storyline. The story depicts the relationships and problems of family members that occurred during the Nazi era. I was able to picture everything going on while the main characters were interacting with each other and the events that happened. Because it is based on a true story, I really enjoyed it more than if it were fiction. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys a good read or likes history.

Colors Of Awakening: Into The Mists: BOOK REVIEW

I am afraid that this book just wasn't my style. I gave it a try and made it through the entire book but it wasn't what I was hoping for. I really thought that I would have liked it given I have liked the authors previous books but I could not get into it. It makes sense given I really am not into the whole vampires and magic type of stories. The characters did make the book more appealing and easier to get through but not enough to enjoy the book. For anyone who enjoys this genre, I do believe that it is a good storyline and I do give it 4 out of 5 stars for that reason.

I was given a bottle of Tea Tree Oil to review and I absolutely love it. I have always been a big fan of tea tree oil from using it as a shampoo or to putting it in my dryer balls. The bottle is large and smells wonderful. You don't need to dilute it too much but it is nice with another oil to dilute it and make it not so strong. This is the first time I have ever used a skin serum and the fact that it is all natural made me that much more inclined to try the product. Just a couple of drops and the serum absorbs right away. It does give you a little bit of a tightened feeling to your skin but in a good way. You aren't left with any harsh smells or burning sensations like you get with other serums. I am only in my 20's so I haven't seen any changes because I don't have the lines but I do like to stay ahead of the game. It doesn't clog the skin or pores and it doesn't make you break out. My husband was thrilled when he found out that I had got him the Astor Barbecue Gauge. We have been grilling a lot lately and the tank feels like it is starting to get low but as soon as we got the gauge, it showed that we are actually good to go for a lot longer! A relief because we live in the middle of nowhere and it's not the most convenient to get propane filled having to drive hours away.

MY IMPRESSIONS

 

 

 I have tried multiple weight loss pills from various brands and so has my husband. I am only 110 lbs where I don't need to lose the weight but my husband has a few more pounds than I do to lose (about 30) so we both come from things on two different spectrums on the way things react. Most pills are either too powerful for me or not strong enough for him. That being said, I let my husband try this first and after only a couple of days, he can notice a difference in his hunger and how much he eats. We have yet to check the scale because like I said, it is only a couple of days but I am sure that after another week I will return to tell you all that he has lost a couple of pounds. It is not the "magic" weight loss pill and it does require still watching your diet and exercising, but that said, it does provide the extra boost that you need to get past a plateau in your weight loss or to help guide your already planned diet/exercise regime. I will come back and edit this post in another week or two and see how much weight loss has happened. But so far, it is a great pill without any after taste or unwanted side effects. MY IMPRESSION

Since I just started this product, I can't give a completely accurate review as to it has only been one week but I can say that in the course of a week, I have had my energy boosted and have seen my appetite reduce drastically. I am only 115 lbs so I don't have to lose weight but for my personal well being, I want to keep it off and be a few pounds lighter and leaner. I LOVE IT! First off, the jar that it came in is HUGE. Much bigger than I was anticipating. It was easy to open and even easier to apply. I filled the tub with water and relaxed while I dipped two fingers in the salts and gently rubbed on my face. The exfoliating feel of the salts is relaxing while knowing that it is cleaning and deep scrubbing the pores. I don't usually have an oily face unless I am active, so this product will come in handy after weekends of hiking. After I rinse my face, my skin is smooth and feels flawless.
