As someone who has been taking probiotics for over 2 years now, I am always telling others how much they need to be taking them as well. As far as weight loss pills go, I don't have much weight to lose so I use them as an appetite suppressant and  for energy. So far, after 2 weeks of taking them I haven't seen much of a difference. But, like I said, I only weight 115 lbs and I'm only taking it to help stay fit. My husband has been taking it for a week now as well and he has about 30 pounds that he needs to lose.
