This is one of the best items I have ever had the pleasure of reviewing in exchange for an honest opinion. I don't have the longest of hair but it's past my shoulders and thick. It is really terrible when I want to hop in a shower just to rinse off without worrying about needing to go and blow dry my hair afterwards so not only is it great for swimming but it's great for the shower. My hair is also naturally curly after finishing chemo so I have to then worry about the curls and frizz. It slips on nicely without pinching or pulling like other swim caps I have tried. My hair doesn't get wet when I am in the pool or in the shower. It really is true to it's word and comes in a variety of fun colors so you can be stylish also. I highly recommend this for kids who have long hair or adults who don't want to get their hair wet swimming. It's worth every penny!
