Some people will tell you that a scale is a scale but that is completely untrue. Scales are completely finicky and hard to find one that does everything you want. This one is fantastic because it has a bright screen with big numbers so you know your weight without having to bend down to look. The other thing I like is that it is pretty accurate with only .8lbs difference for me from the doctors office scale. It's easy to use and the non-slip feet make it safe to step on. A great addition to any weight loss guru. I highly recommend this!
