These dry brushes are great for anyone with circulation issues. As someone who has gone through blood cancer twice, which directly affects the lymphatic system, I end up having the worst of circulation. My hands and feet specifically use feeling and have slow blood flow. It's a burden because it gets painful at times. These brushes are fantastic because they are soft and help to increase the blood flow to whatever areas within a few days. I've been using it for just under a week and it has been giving me a noticeable difference in how my legs are working. The brush handle is removable from the large brush if you want to use it with just your hand. The small brush is great for smaller areas. If you keep the handle on the brush, you'll be able to reach hard to reach areas. I highly recommend these dry brushes for anyone with a need for improved circulation around the body.
