I received these straps and they came packaged nicely. They are pretty good quality for just a generic strap. The nylon straps are a really good length. They also hold up to 500 lbs which is strong for straps. The ratchet tightens and releases very well. I don't have any complaints from this. My husband actually uses them for our camper and towing so he said that these are better than many he has used.
