If the weight of this massage hammer doesn't bother you, than its perfect. It's kind of heavy and bulky. It does weight 2.4 pounds so it's quite cumbersome for what I thought was going to be just a simple back massager. That said, it does work great and provides relief from pain and tightness. It also has different settings so you can change the balls that are on it to whatever you find relief from. I highly recommend this for anyone with tension or needing better circulation, aside from the weight.
