The French Fry Cutter is actually a genius invention. I had a previous mandalin that had a potato/French fry cutter but they never worked and it always made the fries uneven. This cutter doesn't do that. It's so simple to use. You can put in any size potato really. I even have used it to make carrot slices for when I dip them in ranch dressing. The blades are interchangeable so you can use 2 different sizes. It is easy to clean as well. I am so impressed with this cutter I will never own another! I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a healthy alternative that can cut both potatoes and carrots or cucumbers!
