WAT20 & WAT10W Water Dispenser Review

I was given the opportunity to review a NewAir Water Dispenser. Because of the sleek design, I chose the WAT20 to review as well as the WAT10W filtration bottle that can be used with it. I was so anxious for it to arrive and couldn't be more thrilled than when the FedEx guy rang the doorbell. Shipping was really quick so I didn't have to wait long before I was able to put this together and start drinking high quality filtered water. We have a small fridge filter but it only holds about 48 ounces before you need to refill it and it takes a while to filter. Having a water filter that can hold up to 3 gallons of water before you have to refill it is a much better solution. The dispenser was delivered in 2 boxes, one with the actual unit and another with the filter bottle.

I didn't receive a manual within the box so I first put the dispenser together without removing the piece that is meant for use with the blue jugs you can purchase at the store. You can see it sitting on top of the dispenser and below the bottle in the picture below. Once I realized that didn't but up completely to the dispenser, I took that piece out and found my problem. It was really easy to get it set up from this point on. Before actually putting the filter it, it does need to be rinsed off first. I submerged it in water and then rinsed and shook it a couple of times to ensure any excess dust was free from the filter. Rinsing it a second time it was ready to go into the filter bottle. You fill the bottle and then after it has been filtered, you plug it into the wall. After a short while, the water lights will come on and you'll find you have hot, cold and room temperature water readily available to drink from. I did fill up 2 full bottles and emptied them due to any excess filter residue. Did I have anything in my glass? No, but they did recommend not drinking the first 2 glasses because of that so I wasn't going to question it.

The first thing I noticed about this product is not the product itself but the company. They take pride in making sure that the customer is satisfied as well as the product working correctly. I had multiple interactions with their customer service representatives and they made sure to answer all my questions as well as check in to see how the product was working for me. I did mention my manual wasn't packaged and they offered to correct the issue but since I had already put it together, I declined. They did ensure that they would be checking all future boxes to make sure it was included though which I find commendable! The packaging was doubled packaged so I didn't have to worry about any parts broken in the boxes or missing pieces. One other thing I love about this product is that it is BPA free. As someone who has cancer twice, we like to look out for our health and try to avoid anything that could cause future harm to us. They are also a family owned company which gets my approval as we like to shop from businesses that are family owned or local. While we no longer live in California, I trust the product because of how strict the codes in California are.

All together I am extremely impressed with everything about this product. I especially like the extra storage at the bottom. While it isn't meant to be a fridge, it can keep your bottles readily available to pull out. I also love not having to fill up the bottle so frequently. I do pole fitness, aerial silks, running, and work out daily so having water on hand is a fitness enthusiasts dream come true. It's also very sleek and nicely designed so it would look good in any room. It's also great for small spaces because of it's height. You can easily put this in a kitchen, game room, dining room, or even garage. I highly recommend this product to anyone. It's perfect for families as the kids can get their own water and can't accidentally burn themselves on the hot water due to the lock on it. You can even turn off the hot water on the side of the dispenser. While I did receive this product for free in exchange for an honest review, I do love everything about it and after trying it, would pay for the product out of my own funds. There is not a single downfall to this water dispenser!
