I'm not going to lie, this isn't the best quality necklace one could find for the price of it on Amazon. It does look shiny and pretty but in all honesty, it could be so much better. While I did received this product for free in exchange for an honest review, that won't stop me from telling you that this is something that will probably be worn for just a couple of weeks before it either breaks or loses its shine.
There are a few positive things about the necklace. It does come with an adjustable chain so if the person you are giving it to is on the smaller side, it can be adjusted to make it fit her. It's also not something you have to worry about if it breaks on the playground or while playing soccer. So that's another plus. But that said, I would probably do more research and find something a little better quality. I would consider this more of something you find overpriced at Claires instead of Amazon. If you want something just to make a cute gift; sure go for it. It sparkles and it shines. But if you really want to get a lasting necklace, go somewhere else. You can see in the pictures, the hook easily comes undone and the ball slides off if you aren't careful with it.
