As someone who has food sensitivities from going through cancer as a young adult, I am taking probiotics everyday but am still looking for something to help with that extra push that I need. The all natural ingredients in this enzyme is enough to let me eat those foods that may give me "tummy troubles" without having side effects that cause unnecessary pain and discomfort. My husband is also lactose intolerant so he has tried these out and we find that he is able to eat ice cream, cheese, yogurt and other dairy products without nasty results.
