These Ready Chef Go steamer bags are incredible! I was a bit skeptical at first since it said I could cook pork in 8-10 minutes in the microwave. But I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. I didn't want to make a lot since it was a pre-cooked ham. I didn't feel like I wanted to do it in the oven for hours so I sliced off enough to serve for dinner and stuck it in the bag. I sealed it up and put it in the microwave to open it up to the moistest ham ever! Now that I knew it worked, I tried it out with brussel sprouts and even went as far as doing roasted potatoes. I will definitely be ordering more of these bags once I run out as they make cooking a breeze! I highly recommend these!
