The best part of my day is when I wake up and get my butt to the gym. I love being able to get fit naturally but sometimes, I just need that extra boost. I was given the chance to try out Plexus Slim and while I am not overweight nor a diabetic, I thought it would be a good chance to try out the "weight loss" part of it and see if it would work for me. If I don't have much weight to lose and it works, then it would work for those who are significantly overweight. I used it for 3 days in a row and while I haven't noticed any major changes, I know that it takes longer than that to do so. The taste is great. It's not overly bitter nor is it terrible tasting. I also know that when taking this every morning I am more inclined to drink more water. That is my downfall is I don't ever drink enough water ever.

One thing I did notice was that I get more energy after drinking this. I think it has to do with having my sugars balanced and drinking more water has me feeling full as well. But I can say that is just ok for those that don't have weight to lose and great for those that could lose a couple of inches. And it's a pretty color pink!
