When you go hiking as much as we do, you end up wanting to bring snacks that pack easy and that are great tasting as well. I was given the chance to review this bison jerky and I am incredibly pleased with the product. My husband loved it even more than I did and ended up eating pretty much the rest of the package. We went out to the snow and took our lunch with us so that disappeared really quickly. The taste is perfect! It has a slight spice to it which gives it a little bit of a kick and it's perfectly chewy. Not too hard where you break your teeth but not too soft to where it is falling apart.
