You aren't sitting there waiting for the next move but you aren't going so fast that you can't get an idea of where to go next. I have loved SalsaCrazy DVD's and this doesn't disappoint. This is a really great jump rope. Not only does it help with cross fit but you can use it just to help stay in shape. It's very flexible and goes super fast. These are surprisingly tasty for being toothpaste. My stepson has a problem brushing his teeth and has already had multiple teeth pulled and filled so whenever he is with us we are constantly getting on him to brush his teeth. Thankfully, there are these great flavored toothpastes that allow him to brush his teeth without any issues. We still have to get onto him and watch him to make sure he is actually brushing his teeth, but at least now he has healthy toothpastes! I highly recommend this for anyone who has children and anyone who wants to take care of their children's teeth.

This is a fantastic project for kids to take part in! There are 3 gems that they can find and it will keep them busy for hours. As an adult, I thought this was a fantastic project as well. It wasn't super messy and it kept them occupied while also learning about how gems are found. I like to incorporate nature in all of our activities so it was one of the best projects for learning about how gems are formed and how they are found. I highly recommend this for anyone with kids who love to do fun kits!
