I am really thrilled with the results of this shampoo, conditioner and oil. I usually wash my hair every other day to every 2 days so I don't deplete my hair of the natural oils. Too much shampoo is not good for you so reading that this is sulfate free and has all natural ingredients allowed me to be happy with my hair and using the product. It doesn't "lather" like your other shampoos but it does work great. It also smells AMAZING. My hair is usually curly and frizzy so it was nice to find a great shampoo that doesn't make it even more frizzy then usual. I highly recommend this to anyone!
