This is one of my favorite kitchen utensils! I love whisking because it is just really relaxing to me as strange as that is. Using a normal whisk, you get clumps stuck in the metal springs. Now, you can whisk easily without having to worry about powder getting stuck in the whisk. It's very sturdy and a great utensil that everyone should use when they are baking!
